Privacy
Loupo has no accounts and never asks for your name or email. Here is everything the site does touch, and where it goes.
Last updated
The short version
- No accounts, no email, no ID checks.
- Your wallet address shows your balances and gets you quotes. Our server doesn’t store it.
- Your IP address counts your daily questions to Loupo. We keep a hashed form of it for up to three days.
- Your questions go to an AI model so Loupo can answer. We don’t save them.
- No analytics, no ad trackers, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
Your wallet address
When you connect a wallet through Privy, the site sees your public wallet address. It never sees your keys or seed phrase.
We use the address to show your balances, get quotes and build the transaction your wallet signs. LI.FI and Relay receive the address, tokens, chains and amount with each quote. Our server reads balances from public network nodes and doesn’t write your address to its database.
Privy handles the connection under its own privacy policy, and so does the wallet app you connect.
Questions to Loupo
Anyone can ask Loupo 10 questions a day without a wallet. To count them, our server stores a hashed form of your IP address with the date and the count. The count resets at 00:00 UTC, and old records are deleted within three days.
The text of your question, up to 300 characters, goes to an AI model provider with on-chain data about the token, so the model can write Loupo’s answer. We don’t save your questions. The provider handles them under its own terms, so keep personal details out of your questions.
If an answer breaks Loupo’s rules, our server keeps the start of that answer in its log so we can fix Loupo’s voice. That log has neither your question nor your IP address.
Rate limits
To keep the site up for everyone, the server counts requests from each IP address per minute. That counter lives in memory for about a minute and is never written to disk. Loupo’s server keeps no log of visits.
In your browser
The site keeps two things in your browser’s local storage, never on our server:
- That you’re connected, and your wallet address, so the next page shows it right away.
- A list of your last 50 swaps and bridges from this browser.
Disconnecting clears the first one. To clear the list too, delete this site’s data in your browser settings. Privy and your wallet app keep their own session data in your browser while you’re connected.
Who else sees what
- Privy sees your wallet address when you connect.
- LI.FI and Relay see your wallet address, tokens, chains and amounts when you get a quote or swap.
- An AI model provider sees the text of your questions and data about the token.
- Stock logos load straight from public image hosts, so those hosts see your IP address, as with any image on the web.
- The servers that deliver the site see your IP address, as with any website.
- Every swap and bridge you sign is public on the chain for good. Nobody, us included, can delete it.
What we don’t collect
No name, email, phone number, ID documents or payment cards. We don’t sell or rent any data.
Changes and contact
If what the site collects changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
